Packages of cards can be delivered to retail stores by Canada Post or Courier in Winnipeg. Please choose your option at checkout.

Local Pickup may be offered soon when pandemic restrictions are completely lifted.

Canada Post

Packages can be shipped by Canada Post Standard Parcel at no charge, with 3 to 5 business day shipping. XpressPost delivery will be charged based on current Canada Post pricing, with 1 to 3 business day shipping. All orders can be tracked in your order information. 

Winnipeg Courier

We can provide scheduled deliveries based on your location in Winnipeg. You will be given a choice of delivery day based on your area of the city (NW, NE, SW, SE) at checkout.

Packages of cards can be returned to our office for credit or refund. Return forms must be completed and packaged with your cards to ensure proper processing.

Cards that were purchased via bank transfer will receive a web store credit code upon processing a return. Cards that were purchased directly by credit card or credit line will be refunded back to your credit card or credit line.

Return Shipping

Retailers outside the city of Winnipeg will receive a Canada Post return label to return your cards to our office. Retailers within Winnipeg may return their cards to our courier on the next delivery.

Winnipeg Courier

If you are returning cards, you may give your cards to our courier on your next delivery date to return to our office at no charge.

Deadline

Cards must be returned within 60 days of the game date indicated on the card for a full credit or refund.

Cards returned after 60 days of the game date indicated on the card will be charged a $1.00 per card surcharge for Jackpot contributions on cards assumed sold.

Cards older than 120 days of the game date indicated on the card will not be accepted for any returns.

At checkout, you can complete your order by paying immediately by credit card, arranging a bank transfer, or applying for a line of credit with our wholesale web store.

Bank Transfer

Your order email will include information to pay for your order via bank transfer. Please include any invoice numbers in your bank transfer information.

Credit Line

You may apply for a line of credit on our web store here. Most retailer accounts will be automatically approved for approximately one month of card purchases, based on your past sales history.
